As part of a test, MySmartJourney came up with a solution to guide the user through the assembly process once the equipment had been purchased.
Simple content to accompany the customer home
With this in mind, our platform designed simple, effective content to make information understandable and accessible to all. By scanning the QR code on the product, customers can access on their phone a detailed presentation of the furniture purchased, as well as a list of all the parts and tools required for assembly. Above all, they benefit from step-by-step access via action buttons, to facilitate the assembly process.
What's more, we offer a wide range of content, including photos, videos, illustrations and mock-ups, to help customers make the most of the process. Finally, in the event of any problems or questions, customers can contact the store directly for personalized assistance.
This digital version can be an alternative to all of IKEA's paper instruction booklets.
