A wealth of information

From March 2021 to January 2022, the Pointe-à-Callière Museum invited visitors to discover the rich heritage of Montreal's Italian community through the exhibition Montréal à l'italienne.

As the project progressed, more and more information was added, such is the vitality of this community. The team had to deploy a digital, contactless and autonomous itinerary. With a vast amount of content and information, the organization wanted to be able to create content and modify it quickly, without having to reprint paper.

Fast, flexible changes

The MySmartJourney platform gave them all the flexibility they needed to meet this ever-changing demand. They were able to integrate the show's multimedia content completely autonomously, and could easily make the necessary changes in a matter of seconds.

Choosing MySmartJourney means choosing a technology that enables information to be modified quickly and in real time. Content can be changed easily and updated instantly. It's also a platform that evolves, making it easy to integrate new content.

The solution has also enabled the museum to obtain statistics on its visitors, and thus receive feedback on the progress of the exhibition for constant improvement.
