Tablet gossips at La Courgerie

Accompanying the customer into the store
In its boutique, La Courgerie sells processed products made from squash grown in its fields. During the visit, future buyers can be helped by the on-site employees to make their choice, but sometimes the latter are tied up with another task.
So how do you provide customers with all the information they need to make an informed choice?
Use of space
La Courgerie had the idea of scattering enriched labels near its products. On the shelves, QR codes provide customers with a range of information to help them with their purchases. Owner Pascale Coutu affectionately calls them “the tablet gossips”.
Deployed on the MySmartJourney platform, the information enables customers to learn more about the different product families and their uses. They also have access to recipe ideas, a way for Courgerie to create a new point of contact with its customers.
