Municipal campground
Bonaventure has a municipal campground and welcomes many tourists year-round, both for its beaches and its outdoor activities. To get feedback from these campers, the team came up with the idea of placing an interactive kiosk in its campground, using the MySmartJourney tool.
Gathering camper opinions
To better understand campers' needs and guide its actions, the town of Bonaventure set up a survey accessible via a QR code on the interactive terminal at the campground. Campers are invited to complete a satisfaction questionnaire directly on the web application, using the Google Form functionality. They ask campers about reservations, welcome, staff courtesy, cleanliness of facilities, services on offer, safety, peace and quiet and, of course, their overall stay experience.
