A solution that evolves over time
Quebec City's Jean-Lesage International Airport welcomes many travelers every year, often overwhelmed by the amount of time and information available to them. That's why the airport uses MySmartJourney to provide travelers with QR code information that they can carry with them at all times.
But finding the winning recipe for top-notch customer service sometimes requires trial and error!
Quick and easy prototyping
Initially, the airport team chose to set up a first test version using colorful paper displays, illustrated with characters. This prototype, which was quick to set up, enabled us to validate the locations most likely to be of interest to travellers during their journey.
After the paper display, the airport finally decided to digitize its visuals in the boarding screens to standardize its communication and provide passengers with the right information, at the right time, in the right place.
The collaboration between Quebec City airport and MySmartJourney is a perfect example of a constantly evolving spirit of innovation, starting with a paper display and ending up with 100% digital integration in the boarding screens.
